Directions to the 2007 Event Regardless of the direction from which you will be traveling, you should plan to leave for the Hyatt Regency EARLIER than you think you need to. Recognize that this event is less than a week before Christmas and you will be sharing the road with many other drivers, many of whom will not necessarily have their minds on piloting their vehicle. Slowdowns will be common, as will traffic bottlenecks and accidents. Plan accordingly. We will execute the agenda precisely at the specified times, and we certainly don't want you to miss out on any of the evening's activities due to tardiness resulting from unexpected traffic. Traveling from all points of the compass, Ball attendees should converge on DFW International Airport through either the north or south toll entrance plazas. DO NOT use your Tolltag® for entrance however, as you will be unable to receive complimentary airport parking without presenting your parking ticket at the hotel's Concierge desk. Simply disable your Tolltag® by removing it from the window and placing it under your seat. Traveling within the airport grounds, make your way to the Hyatt Regency hotel located adjacent to Terminal C on the east side of the airport. Don't get confused with the Grand Hyatt located adjacent to Terminal D on the west side; although this is a beautiful hotel in its own right and the terminal is breathtaking, there is no NTxCUSA Ball there! Parking Upon arrival at the hotel, you may choose to utilize the Valet Parking service (at additional cost). If so, simply pull up to the Valet desk located under the drive-through at the main entrance to the hotel. If you choose to self-park, you can make an immediate right turn into the parking garage after exiting the semicircular Terminal C access road (see diagram). Plenty of parking on multiple levels awaits you. Overnight at the Hotel
If you would like to stay at
the hotel the night of the Ball, the Hyatt Regency has offered
NTxCUSA members a special discounted rate of $65 per night for either (or both)
